LOSVE is based in the UK and deliver to the UK and many countries world wide. Please refer to the table below for delivery information. If your country is not listed below please send us an email to hello@losve.com and we'll endeavour to serve you.

General Information

For the benefit of our customers, all orders undergo a security check to ensure an order is a genuine and is made by the authorised cardholder. Order that fail this check will not be dispatched.

UK Delivery

UK Delivery is a flat cost regardless of the number of items ordered. We can send UK orders to an address other than the billing address, for example a workplace. As a security measure we will send a copy of the order details to the cardholder's registered home address.

International Destinations

Please refer to the above table for cost and delivery times for your country. The cost of sending an international order is higher than sending the same order to the UK, which is why international orders have a higher delivery cost.

There are no custom or import duties for EU countries. For other international countries any customs or import duties will be billed on directly to the recipient of the order. LOSVE will not charge you any customs or import duties and has no control over these charges (if any).
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to the domestic postal service and delivered according to standard delivery procedures.

Card Charges

We may provide you with an option to see our prices in other currencies. This is an approximate value and your card will always be charged in British Sterling (GBP). Non UK debit/credit card companies may convert the Sterling (GBP) amount to your local currency and may charge you a conversion fee.

LOSVE has no control over the exchange rate or fees your bank or credit card may apply.
